Caleb T. Bland

ATTORNEY

In 2004, Caleb received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Before graduation, Caleb served as a both a research assistant to Professor Robert "Bob" G. Lawson and a legal intern for Justice William S. Cooper at the Kentucky Supreme Court.

Upon graduation, Caleb began his career as an associate attorney at Bland & Birdwhistell. From 2016 to 2018 Caleb was a partner at Bland & Birdwhistell, PLLC. Caleb has been the sole owner/member of the law firm (now known as Caleb Bland Law, PLLC) since 2018.

Caleb has now been practicing law for more than twenty years.

David Murn

ATTORNEY

David received his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Louisville in 2022 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2024. He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association in October of 2024, and has been an associate attorney with the firm since that time.

David is a member of several organizations, including the Hardin County Bar Association, the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels, the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of Kentucky, and the Kentucky Army National Guard, where he currently serves as a Trial Defense Services Paralegal Noncommissioned Officer.
